About Ecolution

Ecolution, LLC is a 100% woman-owned small business based in Washington State. Founded in 2007 by Dr. Marnie Tyler, Ecolution provides environmental consulting services rooted in applied science, policy insight, and decades of hands-on experience.

Prior to founding Ecolution, Dr. Tyler spent fifteen years in Washington State natural resource agencies, including roles within the Governor’s Office, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Washington Department of Ecology, the Recreation and Conservation Office, and the Puget Sound Action Team.

Dr. Marnie Tyler, Ph.D.

Dr. Tyler has 35 years of experience as a natural resources scientist, policy adviser, and manager. Her work spans botanical surveys, wetland delineation and mitigation, habitat restoration, regulatory compliance, and policy development at the regional and state level.
